| Is venue wheelchair friendly? Is there a specific wheelchair entrance?
Are there specific wheelchair seats? |
Wheelchair access is available on the Grand Stand Ramp Seating. Special
arrangements must be made with Jason Segers on jsegers@wprugby.co.za
or on 021 659 4600. Wheelchair access also available through the Chris Burger/Petro
Jackson Players Fund Private Suite. For more information contact them on 021 683

| Parking: Please give a short description of where the parking area is. |
Public parking available around the ground. The most popular parking
spots are at Groote Schuur High School & Primary School (off Palmyra /Campground
Road), Sans Souci Girls School & Newlands Swimming Pool (Main Road Newlands). Costs
range between R20 and R30 per vehicle. |
| Refreshments: What type of refreshments is available for sale at the
ground? |
Full range of refreshments are on sale inside the ground, including
alcoholic (over 18s only) and non-alcoholic beverages.
Outside the ground, vendors also sell cooldrinks, hot dogs (boerewors rolls), burgers etc.
No alcohol may be consumed in the stands. |
| Where is the stadium ticket office located? |
Newlands Rugby Stadium Ticket office is situated next to the WP Rugby
Shop in Boundary Road. (adjacent to the back of the Grand Stand). The ticket office is
open as from the Tuesday before the match, as well as on match day, up until kick-off
(depending on ticket availability) |
| What can I bring through the gates? |
No alcohol, cans or glass bottles may be brought into the ground. Musical
instruments of any nature, including vuvuzelas are not permitted at rugby matches.
Bags and coolers are subject to search on entry. Only small digital cameras for the purposes of still photography will be allowed. Cameras with zoom / detachable lenses are not permitted. Video cameras are not permitted.

Public Transport:
- Trains: Southern Line from Cape Town Station to Newlands Station, follow
Boundary Road past the Springbok Pub towards the stadium.
- Busses / Taxis: Run along Main Road from the city centre. Get off stop
near SA Breweries (Boundary Road)

| Directions to the ground from major roads |
Please take note that on Match Days, Boundary Road is closed to traffic. From
N1: (heading towards Cape Town)
- Take the M5 turn-off after Century City towards Muizenberg
- Carry on straight along the M5 and take the Kromboom turn-off which is clearly marked
Newlands Rugby and Cricket
- Turn left into Milner, carry on straight into Belvedere (Milner becomes Belvedere) and
Right into Keurboom. Carry on straight past Newlands Cricket, over the bridge and right at
the intersection with Main Road. Right into Boundary Road (near SA Breweries)
From N2: (heading towards Cape Town)
- Take the Raapenberg Turn-off and turn left and left again towards Klipfontein Road
- Carry on straight over the intersection into Milner Road and turn Right at the next
intersection into Park Road.
- Carry on straight over the bridge until you reach the T-junction with Main Road
Rondebosch. Turn left into Main Road to go towards Newlands Rugby Stadium. Right into
Boundary Road (near SA Breweries).
From Cape Town (Waterfront heading towards Muizenberg)
- Take Eastern Boulevard towards Muizenberg (M3) Keep right to stay on the M3
(Muizenberg/Kirstenbosch). Pass the University of Cape Town on your right, take the
Princess Anne turn-off on your left
- Keep Left to go to Rondebosch. At the intersection with Main Road, turn right towards
Newlands Rugby Stadium. Right into Boundary Road (near SA Breweries).

No discounted pricing is available. All persons entering the stadium must
be in possession of a valid ticket, regardless of age.
Scholars seating is available behind the posts exclusively to school going children. These

No refunds will be made. Should the event take place at a later date the
ticket will be valid for the later date |

Club Newlands, the official supporters club of the Vodacom Stormers, host
a supporters village in the gardens alongside the stadium (Boundary Road) Food and
beverages available, with great entertainment and atmosphere. Restaurants in the close
